George Tenet

2004

• June 4 -- "Ludicrous Visions" of US Troops Showered With Flowers?

• June 4 -- Sanger's Thesaurus
David Sanger's analysis of the surprise resignation of C.I.A. Director George Tenet claims Bush sold the war in Iraq as an "immediate necessity." Hey, what happened to "imminent threat?"

• March 10 -- Twisted Terror Priorities at the Times
The Times' twisted priorities on the war on terror: Possible miscalculations by the Bush administration get top-shelf treatment, while potential terrorist threats are either played down or (in the case of Jehl's story) not mentioned at all.
