Christine Hauser relays anecdotes of Iraqi ambulances shot at during the U.S. offensive in Falluja and runs comments from one Jo Wilding, who Hauser calls a medical volunteer but is an anti-war activist who has said of the U.S. occupation: "Shooting at women and children who are fleeing their homes is right?"

Me No Flowers
In an editorial marking the one-year anniversary of the Iraq war, the Times
claimed the "administration…seemed to believe its own talk about American
soldiers' being greeted with flowers as an army of liberation." But the Times
itself says that they were.
